Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives to craft and implement renewal and placement strategies tailored to client needs.

• Analyze carrier quotes and provide insightful evaluations to senior Advisory colleagues and clients, helping shape effective insurance solutions.

• Support senior Advisory team members in achieving business goals and responding to RFPs by conducting research and preparing essential documentation.

• Ensure accuracy in coverage specifications by managing follow-ups with underwriters on coverage changes.

• Build and nurture strong client and market relationships to deliver seamless execution of client programs.

• Stay ahead of market trends by actively sharing knowledge internally, contributing to our collective expertise.

• Drive client retention through innovative risk solutions and outstanding service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.

• Fluent in both English and Dutch.

• 1-2 years of successful experience in Marine Hull or a background in P&I, MGA, or Property Insurance with a strong desire to develop into this highly specialized line of insurance.

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
