Consultor de Compensaciones Contaremos contigo para:

• Reuniones con clientes
• Elaborar propuestas comerciales
• Elaborar análisis numéricos
• Presentaciones
• Apoyar en proceso de consultoría
• Seguimiento de datos

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Universidad terminada como Ingeniero Industrial, administración, negocios internacionales o a fines
• Mínimo 2 años como asistente en consultoría de recursos humanos de preferencia en compensaciones De preferencia un curso de Seguros en Riesgos Humanos
• Excel: Tablas Dinámicas y Power BI deseable
• Inglés: B2 Intermedio Avanzado
