Le département Finpro en France, c’est une équipe d’environ 45 collaborateurs travaillant en étroite coopération avec les équipes commerciales qui couvrent tous types de solutions pour nos clients.

Dans le cadre d’un portefeuille d’assurance lignes financières d’entreprises de toutes tailles, nous recherchons un Conseiller Service Client en CDD.

Vos principales missions au sein du département sont les suivantes :

• Assurer le suivi et la gestion avec rigueur les dossiers qui lui sont confiés

• Traitement des pièces contractuelles : Vérification, envoi et suivi des pièces, Demande et suivi des attestations, Numérisation de documents

• Traitement des primes, revenus et autres pièces comptables : Calculer, répartir à l’international, régulariser, vérifier, saisir les primes et les revenus dans nos outils

• Appliquer les procédures et les outils propres à la Compagnie et au Département

Profil recherché

• Titulaire d’un diplôme en assurances, avec une première expérience en production auprès d’une clientèle d’entreprises

• Anglais écrit opérationnel, vous avez une très bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel

• Autonomie, rigueur, adaptabilité
