Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining a dynamic team that delivers specialized risk and insurance solutions to large and multinational clients. You will work alongside experienced advisors, part of our internal specialized teams and business units to design, coordinate and deliver client-focused insurance programs.

We will count on you to:

• Coordinate day-to-day management of large clients’ insurance portfolios.
• Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage delivery of client solutions by connecting internal specialists and group business units.
• Oversee and assure the quality of overall service delivery.
• Manage global service networks for clients with international operations.
• Coordinate brokerage and placement activities in collaboration with the placement team.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Economics, Management, Business or a related degree.
• 7–10 years’ experience working with large and/or multinational clients.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, team orientation, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
