Marsh Risk Early Career & Graduate Program 2026 – Korea What can you expect?

This is a great opportunity for recent Bachelor’s degree or diploma holders in any field of study. You will learn from and work alongside inspiring colleagues who will mentor and help you develop the skills needed to make a meaningful contribution to our team and the firm. We will count on you to:

• Learn about different types of risks to be able to offer clients with customized risk management solutions.

• Work together with experienced team members to service our current clients and pursue new business opportunities.

• Analyze reports to gather useful information and provide insights to clients and colleagues.

• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Create presentations for clients and potential prospects.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives.

What do we look for?

• Recent graduates with Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field of study

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills
