En Marsh, ofrecemos servicios de consultoría y gestión de riesgos, corretaje de seguros y gestión de programas de seguros para diferentes sectores de la economía y, por lo tanto, estamos buscando candidatos para el siguiente puesto ubicado en Chile

Consultor de Compensaciones (Mercer)

Contaremos contigo para:

• Reuniones con clientes
• Elaborar propuestas comerciales
• Elaborar análisis numéricos
• Presentaciones
• Apoyar en proceso de consultoría
• Seguimiento de datos

¿Qué necesitas tener?

• Profesional Universitario Ingeniería comercial, Ingeniería industrial, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería civil (titulado)
• 2 años de experiencia haciendo roles de compensaciones, Recursos Humanos o HRBP
• Experiencia indispensable en donde haya llevado funciones de análisis numérico o datos
• Excel: Intermedio Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas)
• Inglés Intermedio (Preferentemente)
