We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will provide support for Oracle Finance applications modules as part of the company's business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle. You will collaborate with and assist other developers and team members in testing and debugging software programs and enhancements to ensure project goals are met.

We will count on you to:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FAH, CM, SLA) and Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) modules.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, specializing in ORMB functionalities, configuration, testing, and data model understanding.

  • Configure Oracle EBS modules and Oracle RMB components (Billing, Contracts, Pricing, Rating, Invoicing) to meet business requirements.

  • Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives (preferred).

  • Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles, working autonomously with clients and IT teams.

  • Provide Tier-3 functional support, manage multiple priorities, and support production, upgrades, and user support including on-call rotation.

  • Support key business processes such as Month-end and Year-end activities, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation between systems.

  • Partner with business and technology managers to gather and translate requirements, write Functional Design Documents, perform gap analysis, and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and system performance.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).

  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH), with hands-on support for revenue recognition and billing processes.

  • Proficient in end-to-end business cycles including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), and skilled in preparing BR100, MD50, TE40, and functional test scripts.

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards, with experience in Oracle 12.2 upgrades.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, describing end-to-end business processes and integration points, and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, proven in issue resolution and business process improvement.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,500 to $112,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
