Position Overview:

The Director of Fin Tech Client Delivery Solutions at Marsh Mc Lennan Agency leads a high-performing team responsible for managing client financial deliverables and operational outcomes powered by proprietary technology platforms. This role ensures precision, scalability, and strategic insight on deliverables such as forecasts, self-funded feasibility studies, and network performance reviews. The Director works closely with underwriting and analytics teams to align technology-driven outputs with risk assessment, pricing strategies, and data validation needs while overseeing financial prospecting models and network analysis capabilities.

What can you expect to do?

• Lead and develop a client delivery team producing financial deliverables including forecasts, self-funded feasibility analyses, renewal projections, and plan performance summaries.
• Work closely with underwriting teams to ensure Fin Tech outputs support accurate risk selection, pricing models, and renewal strategy development.
• Partner with analytics teams to validate model assumptions, incorporate predictive insights, and maintain data integrity across all client deliverables.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of proprietary Fin Tech tools that automate core financial modeling, network analysis, and reporting processes.
• Integrate financial prospecting models into client deliverables to identify emerging cost drivers, coverage opportunities, and market positioning insights.
• Guide utilization of network analysis capabilities to evaluate provider performance, cost efficiency, and utilization trends that inform client strategy.
• Drive data standardization and automation within the Fin Tech suite to ensure efficient, repeatable, and compliant delivery processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between client delivery, underwriting, and analytics to streamline workflows and resolve data dependencies.
• Support client-facing teams in presenting technology-driven findings that influence renewals, funding recommendations, and network optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business development to use prospecting and network insights in proposals and new business presentations.
• Provide operational reporting and improvement updates to executive leadership, highlighting advancements in delivery execution and proprietary tool adoption.

What do we look for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial client delivery, insurance, or Fin Tech operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging financial prospecting models and network analysis tools to inform client decisions and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to implement and manage proprietary financial technology platforms supporting modeling, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Proficiency in Excel, data platforms, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a track record of guiding teams through technology-enabled transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial outputs into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with healthcare or insurance-related financial modeling, stop-loss structures, or provider network contracting.
• Strong working relationships with underwriting/actuarial and analytics functions in consulting, brokerage, or TPA environments.
• Hands-on experience refining or scaling proprietary Fin Tech solutions for client delivery.
• Strong operational mindset with focus on process optimization and innovation.
