What can you expect?
As a Fund Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding administration services. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing member transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Resolving member, client, and internal queries promptly
- Monitoring daily workflow of tasks
- Preparing and analysing regular reports
- Collaborating with various internal teams to support business functions
- Dealing with and building solid working relationships with external stakeholders
- Taking initiative to improve processes and deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment
You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values your contributions and connects you with colleagues globally.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- Previous experience in financial services and a strong motivation to build a career in this sector
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong client focus and ability to manage expectations effectively
- Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and confidence to carry out technical work where required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Team player who builds strong relationships and collaborates across business units
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in superannuation or related financial administration
- Familiarity with reporting tools and financial software
- Excel Intermediate skills
