We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Japan Life Reinsurance team at Guy Carpenter Japan. This position is based in Tokyo and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

• 生命再保険チームのリスクアナリストとして、当社生命再保険事業の成長と発展を支援していただきます。ご経験年数数年から１０年くらいの若手・中堅の方を想定しています。
• 主な職務には、取引機会の特定、クライアント向けプレゼンテーションの作成、契約プロセスの管理、保険会社および再保険会社との関係構築が含まれます。
• さらに、国内外の同僚やMarshグループの多様な部門と緊密に連携し、クライアントに対して最適なソリューションを提供していただきます。

【主な業務内容 / We will count on you to】

• 生命再保険ビジネスの成長に向けた戦略策定支援
• 取引機会の特定および潜在クライアントへの提案作成
• クライアントミーティングや戦略セッションに向けたプレゼンテーションの準備と実施支援
• 契約成立後の取引プロセスの管理
• 保険会社および再保険会社の主要な意思決定者との関係構築・維持
• クライアントのニーズに応じた再保険取引の交渉
• 国内アクチュアリーコミュニティとのネットワーク構築および当社の市場プレゼンス向上、生命再保険ビジネスに関する市場情報の収集
• 海外の生命再保険チームとの協力やイニシアティブの支援
• Marshグループ他部門と連携し、最適なソリューションを提供
• 国内外の会計基準や生命保険に関わる規制環境の学習に積極的に取り組む

【必要なスキル・資格 / What you need to have】

• 英語および日本語の高い読み書き・会話能力
• 卓越したコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、プロジェクト管理、関係構築スキル
• 多数のプロジェクトを効率的に管理できる、スピード感のあるグローバル環境での実務経験
• 不確実な状況下でも実践的かつ協調的に業務を遂行できる姿勢
• J-GAAP、J-ICS、ESR、IFRS17に関する高度な技術的知識
• 関連ツールを用いた強固な定量的分析能力
• 新規および既存クライアントとのビジネス開発に積極的に取り組む姿勢

【歓迎される経験・資格 / What makes you stand out】

• 生命保険、再保険、コンサルティング、投資銀行業務における5年以上の実務経験
• 日本アクチュアリー会　正会員・準会員資格（必須ではありませんが望ましい。アクチュアリー資格を取得に向けて学習されている方も歓迎）
