Marsh Mc Lennan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Manager – Transformation Support. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid role, combining work from home and the office.

As a Regional Program Manager supporting our transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating complex, multi-country projects aimed at driving organizational change and delivering strategic business outcomes. This is a matrix position reporting directly to the Global Transformation Office Leader, with a dotted line to local senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.You will have an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across regions to influence and share best practices.

We will count on you to:

• Lead and coordinate a large scale transformation program for Europe, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive program management plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, facilitate effective communication, and support change management activities
• Monitor progress of individual projects within the portfolio, proactively identify potential issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries in Europe to achieve transformation goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global teams

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a multinational or matrix organization
• Proven success in managing large-scale transformation or change initiatives
• Experience with various transformation disciplines including portfolio management, change management, and process management
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultural environments
• Ability to identify and address change resistance with a diverse group of sponsors to ensure program success
