We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse client portfolio and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and policyholders.

As an Insurance Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role and will be responsible for managing a client’s portfolio, while also supporting the team.

This role involves daily interactions with our internal local/international structure and clients.

We will count on you to:

• Manage non-life insurance policies.
• Calculate and issue premium adjustments.
• Issue insurance policies.
• Contact with clients and insurance companies.
• Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions.
• Manage related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.

What you need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience working with non-life insurances for multinational and corporate clients.
• English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and specially Excel.
