We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement

Operations Analyst – Policy Servicing & Policy Processing (Fresh Graduate

• Supporting Hong Kong)

We will count on you to:

• Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices
• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
• Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement

What you need to have:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
• Ability to read and write Chinese to support another region
• Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven

What makes you stand out:

• 1 - 2 years experience in Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
