We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Risk Management team in Tokyo. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• 主に日系大手製造業者向けグローバル保険プログラムの構築、運営業務（主な保険種別：財物保険、賠償責任保険、海上貨物保険、役員賠償保険 等）
• クライアントアドバイザー/案件担当からキャリアをスタートし、近い将来、クライアントエグゼクティブ/法人営業職にキャリアアップいただきます。

We will count on you to（主な業務内容）：

• 主に日系大手製造業者向けグローバル保険プログラムの構築、運営を行うクライアントアドバイザリー業務（主な保険種別：財物保険、賠償責任保険、海上貨物保険、役員賠償保険 等）
• クライアントのリスク実態に合った保険条件の策定やご案内
• 保険プログラム構築に向け保険会社との各種交渉
• 保険プログラム運営のため、当社海外拠点とコミュニケーション 　などを業務とします

What You Need To Have（必要な経験・スキル）：

• 保険業界経験5年以上（企業営業経験歓迎）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き中心　※会話はビジネスレベルでなくとも可）
• 優れたチームワークとコミュニケーションスキル

• 保険仲立人資格（採用時点では必要ありませんが、入社前後に取得いただきます）
