We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Insurance Placement Support Specialists to join our team in Bogotá. These roles will support the US Affinity Transportation Placement Desk by accurately entering application data into multiple carrier online rating platforms to generate insurance quote proposals. These roles do not require licensing, as they support onshore licensed Insurance Sales Consultants. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems, and strong problem-solving abilities.

We will count on you to:

• Enter application data accurately into various carrier online rating platforms to generate insurance quote proposals.

• Support placement of commercial auto, workers compensation, motor truck cargo, and other related lines of coverage as needed.

• Collaborate with the US Affinity Transportation placement desk to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance applications.

• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors in quote generation.

• Navigate and utilize multiple computer systems and software platforms efficiently.

• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in application data or rating platforms through effective problem-solving.

• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external carriers as required.

What you need to have:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

• Experience or comfort working with multiple computer systems and online platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

• Previous experience in insurance, transportation, or related fields is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
