Formats and sanitizes presentations and documents by working with Research colleagues and the KM team to identify the requirements needed for consistent formatting and/or sanitizing.

Reviews and researches specified materials on a regular basis, in order to continually gain knowledge in specified areas, on specified topics.

Creates and maintains information as directed, using the appropriate requested software.

Identifies and drafts summaries of articles related to key topic areas relevant to businesses and clients, in order to provide relevant content, as requested.

Assists with report writing and research analysis by providing relevant materials.

Responds to research inquiries from consultants, senior management and clients on assigned key topic areas.

Expands and maintains resources on specific topic areas.

Contributes to team by providing research support, including resource identification and evaluation, and expansion of global content and intellectual capital.
