We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• M&A後の統合フェーズにおいて、マーシュジャパンのビジネス、オペレーション部門、各管理部門など会社横断的にPMIを取りまとめるプロジェクトマネジメントとしてご活躍いただきます。

【We will count on you to / 主な業務内容】

• プロジェクト計画の詳細作成（スケジュール、マイルストーン、リソース配分）および各フェーズの明確化と管理
• プロジェクト成果物の詳細分析、影響評価、要件定義の作成による品質確保
• プロジェクト予算の作成・管理、コスト追跡による財務制約内での遂行
• リスクの特定と軽減策の策定、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体でのリスクモニタリング
• クロスファンクショナルチームやステークホルダー間のコミュニケーション促進、プロジェクト文書や進捗報告の作成
• プロジェクト終了後の振り返りと改善点の抽出、次回プロジェクトへの反映

【What you need to have / 必須要件】

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験3～5年以上、成果物の詳細分析や実務対応が可能な方
• グローバルなステークホルダーや多様な文化背景を持つチームとの協働経験
• 新規事業開発、技術導入、業務改善、ポストマージャーインテグレーション等のプロジェクト経験
• 日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）

• MS Project、JIRA、Asanaなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• 日本の規制当局、外部アドバイザー、経営層との連携経験
