We are seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Graduate Programme at Marsh. This role will be based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

, you'll be involved in activities such as:-Relationship management: Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts;

• Insurance coverage: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs. Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs;

• Risk management: Contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients;

• Growth strategies: Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;

• Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.

What you need to have:

• University Degree: Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political Sciences, Management Engineering Degree or similar;

• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English;

• IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint);

• Additional Skills: Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
