Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Reinsurance Broking Support We will rely on you to:

• Manage placement in accordance with appropriate timelines for clients.

• Prepare technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty Business.

• Prepare treaty slip/wordings and cover notes, ensuring contract certainty.

• Prepare endorsements and addendums.

• Maintain treaty placement correspondence files electronically.

• Ensure documentation and electronic filing are as per Professional Standards.

• Prepare of quotation Sheet and placement Sheet during renewals.

• Prepare Treaty Term Summary Sheet.

• Manage risk load of contracts to Guy Carpenter’s backend system.

• Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts.

What you need to have:

• Prior experience in treaty insurance and/or reinsurance would be a plus.

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong administrative skills and experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Competent in Microsoft Office.
