Job Description: Salsify Activation Lead for Americas | hybrid | Guararema

The Salsify Activation Lead for Americas is responsible for aligning business priorities with the activation roadmap, understanding key retailer needs, and ensuring consistency with global strategy. This role plays a key part in scaling PXM capabilities, particularly Product Information Management (PIM), by supporting markets in effectively utilizing platforms to enhance digital product content and performance.

Working closely with Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Technology teams, the Salsify Activation Lead ensures end-to-end execution of digital content initiatives, focusing on delivering measurable business value, improving data quality, and increasing operational efficiency.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, recognize risks, dependencies, and gaps early (e.g., unclear requirements, missing data, misaligned responsibilities) and drive resolution through structured problem-solving

  • Work effectively in a global, distributed environment, collaborate across time zones, bringing clarity, structure, and strong communication.

  • Demonstrate a user-centric mindset. Continuously engage with end users to improve tools, processes, and overall experience, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable.
