大专及以上学历，10年以上FMCG销售管理经验；

有 全渠道管理经验，4年以上团队管理经验；

拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；

良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力, 稳定达成业绩
-
强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。
What will be your key responsibilities?
管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”
1、 管辖呼伦贝尔、乌兰浩特、通辽、阜新、赤峰、朝阳、锡林郭勒盟市场，完成销售目标，实现市场的可持续增长
2、 渠道内的客户谈判，渠道客户开拓，管理费用预算
3、 负责经销商的管理工作，确保经销商完成销量及分销目标
4、 团队三方销售人员管理
5、 日常生意操作跟进（生意数据分析，订单物流跟进，费用管理）
