Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Handle DTC orders from different platforms like Tiktok in OMS System
• Manage Order Delivery Process
• Tracking Order Process
• Handle Return Orders in OMS System

Onsite Management

• 3PL Capacity & Efficiency Management, solve the problems raised by operator lead
• Support DTC Supervisor for Onsite upgrade (Equipment, Rack and etc.)
• 5S Management for all DTC WHs
• Safety Management for all DTC WHs
• Daily Capacity Dashboard
• Operation Cost analysis for all DTC and PR creation for all DTC RDC

Inventory Management

• Weekly Replenishment for DTC WHs
• Daily Stock Freshness Review
• Manage periodic Stocktaking
• SLOB stock communication with demand & planning team, to make sure the freshness for the DTC WHs

Customer Service

• Weekly review Return Order &Complaint for all DCs.
• Periodic Customer service report analysis
• Communicate with demand & planning team to follow up customer complaints during CMOS meeting.

System Coordinator

• OMS Key user, to handle OMS issues
• Support DTC Supervisor to do UAT for new system
• Support DTC Supervisor to study DTC supply rout

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Have financial experience and financial certification
• Worked in the fast-moving consumer goods industry for more than 2 years
• Pay attention to details and have strong problem-solving skills
• Familiar with ERP and WMS system operations
• Basic English speaking and writing skills
