Factory Distribution Q&FS Manager
Location: Bangkok, Sun Tower Building
Job Purpose
Factory Distribution Q&FS Manager is critical role to deploy quality and food safety strategy in the end-to-end supply chain by managing quality and food safety operations for all the inbound and outbound warehouses in Thailand, where annually more than 200K tons products shipped to more than 36 countries.
The position exists in the organization to assure Quality & Food Safety in Distribution: Maintain Q&FS Standard Compliance, carry out Warehouse audits, Prevent Hold & Release failure by timely verification, support risk assessment and change management, manage incident effectively, as well as build the capability and quality culture for inbound and outbound supply chain in Thailand.
What You’ll Do
Implement and maintain quality and food safety standards throughout the end-to-end distribution network of inbound warehouse and outbound warehouses as well as transporters between PCHB and warehouses, to improve and sustain the quality performance and support the business objectives delivery.

Drive compliance with Global Q&FS Standard and sub-procedures (QMS, DQM, IPM, EMQM, Traceability Standard, Hold & Release Procedure, DQM-Material Disposal Procedure) and local regulatory requirements by partnering closely with supply chain, logistics, Commercial and PCHB factories

Verify hold & release effectiveness in the outbound warehouses to prevent hold/release failure.

Manage and ensure robust risk assessment and effective change management related to inbound and outbound logistics related projects.

Build Q&FS capability across internal and external partners while embedding a strong quality and safety culture within supply planning and inbound and outbound logistics.

Manage "things gone wrong" such as PRIMP incidents, non-conformances, customer complaints due to storage/transportations as well as lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA related to inbound and outbound supply chain.

Conduct the audits per Distribution Quality Management requirements, including Raw Materials, Finished Products warehouses, transporters, Material Disposal Vendors in Thailand to verify the compliance and drive the continuous improvements via CAPA follow up.

Join the relevant work stream meeting by providing the inputs for project management and performance review.

Take overall accountability of Product Quality Performance in Mars Thailand Factory distribution

Member of SEA Quality Leadership Team as subject matter expert in Quality in Distribution

Join the relevant Q&FS Forum and CoP meetings for best practice sharing, standardization, escalation.

Close contact with Supply Chain Operation Team, Commercial, and PCHB Site Q&FS team to internal/external audits, project management, inputs for management reviews change management with planned execution.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science/ technology or related science/technical discipline

Lead auditor of FSSC 22000 v6 and ISO 9001
-
Minimum 10-year experiences in Q&FS areas

Experience in leading change / transformation in Quality culture

Technical problem solving – Root cause analysis.

International influence skill
-
Strong 3rd party management skill-High capability to drive Mars standard to external parties’ execution
