Job Description: Two Shift Options

Shift Schedules: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off

Pitman Days: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Pitman Nights: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

The Warehouse Assistant supports the operational process, making sure the packing lines are kept running to help the site achieve targets, ultimately ensuring our customers’ requirements are met in full.

What are we looking for?

Educated to GCSE level or above
Some form of experience working in an operational environment.
Exposure to a warehousing environment is desirable but not required.
Comfortable working in a role where high standards of health, safety and hygiene must be managed at all times

What will be your key responsibilities?
Monitor the physical quality of finished products, reporting any defects
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping at all times
Keeping Pallet Magazines fully loaded and pallet storage areas stocked.
Health and Safety – ensuring that you are working to correct company procedures including PPE compliance as well as holding the appropriate licence(s) and training for any machines you operate.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 25.08 - USD 34.49
