Job Description:

Senior SAP Security Analyst | hybrid | Guararema

Join Mars Digital Technologies and play a key role in strengthening SAP security and compliance across a global S/4HANA landscape. In this role, you’ll design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across SAP Basis Security and GRC (ARA/ARM/EAM), enabling the business to operate confidently while meeting SOX and audit requirements.

You’ll work across teams, influence governance, and help shape how access, risk, and compliance are managed at scale.

What are we looking for?

Must-haves:

• Proven experience in SAP Security & GRC (ARA, ARM, EAM) within complex environments

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP Basis Security, and access governance frameworks

• Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit processes

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language

Nice to have:

• Experience with HANA, Oracle, or MSSQL databases

• Exposure to automation of security controls or access processes

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design and implement SAP security and access governance solutions, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal policies

• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders—translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions

• Drive access risk analysis, remediation, and privileged access management using SAP GRC tools

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization of security controls and processes
