Job Description:
1.销售业务达成：
-
按照公司的策略执行年度商业计划，并制定本地相应业务计划

平衡资源，有效投资，确保财务状况最优
-对所在地区的销售业务负责，确保业务100%达成

通过品类管理，在顾客中形成品牌区分度以面对市场竞争
-
每周追踪销售数据，调整行动计划以维持良好的销售量
-
确保准时准确完成各项销售报表并提供所有支持年度销售计划的相关数据
2.知识传递和品牌推动：
- 组织建议实施宠物医院渠道促销活动及产品知识的消费教育活动
-监督并确保公司的品牌形象和理念的正确传播给客户和终端消费者
-普及品牌理念，促进市场份额和客户忠诚度的提升
3.客户管理和服务：
-通过指导和协作，帮助相关部门解决和处理顾客的反对意见和建议，提升合作美誉度
-了解顾客在推销活动中对产品的满意度和推荐度
1.英文能力，读写和听说
- 本科及以上学历，动物及相关专业优先，3年及以上快消经验，宠物营养或诊疗专业优先
3.具备优秀的客户关系维持能力，良好的协商沟通能力，能够及时解决工作中遇到的问题和挑战
4.具有良好的逻辑思维能力，全面周到的问题思考方式，丰富的团队管理经验，能够维持团队平衡及坚持原则，团结和带领团队完成既定、预定目标
5.具有良好的组织协调能力，善于巩固公司的良好形象和竞争优势，良好的市场拓展和市场分析能力，能够在市场中积极争取有利地位
6.具备较强的计划和执行能力，擅长处理不明朗局面，能够有效的进行跨部门沟通合作
