岗位概述
负责玛氏宠物食品工厂电气与自动化系统全生命周期管理，包含供配电、PLC（AB)、变频器(AB\西门子）、伺服（AB）、HMI、工业总线及生产线电气设备的运维、改造、故障处理与效率提升，保障生产安全、稳定、高效运行，践行玛氏质量与安全理念，支持全球领先宠物食品稳定供应。
岗位职责
- 设备运维与故障处理
负责生产线电气系统、控制柜、电机、传感器、仪表等日常巡检、预防性维护与应急抢修。 快速定位并解决 PLC、变频器、伺服、通讯故障，降低停机时间，提升设备综合效率（OEE）。
- 项目与技改支持
参与新产线、新设备引进的电气方案评审、安装督导、调试与验收。 完成电气原理图、接线图、BOM 编制，主导电气部分技改落地，优化控制逻辑与能耗。
- 自动化与程序管理
负责 PLC（罗克韦尔优先）程序备份、修改、调试及 HMI 界面优化。 熟悉工业总线（Profinet/Ether Net/IP 等），保障设备通讯稳定。
- 安全与合规
严格执行电气安全规范、作业许可、风险评估，落实玛氏五大原则与安全要求。 建立设 备电气台账、维保记录、备件清单，确保合规可追溯。
- 跨部门协同与支持
与生产、质量、工程、调试团队协同，解决现场工艺与设备问题。 对技术员、操作员开展基础电气安全与操作培训。
任职要求
- 学历专业
本科及以上，电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化、工业自动化等相关专业。
- 工作经验
3 年及以上食品 / 快消 / 宠物食品行业工厂电气工程师经验优先；优秀者可放宽。
- 专业技能
精 通电气控制回路、高低压配电、变频器、伺服、软启动器、仪表等。 能独立使用CAD/EPLAN绘图，看懂并绘制电气图纸。 熟悉至少一种主流 PLC：西门子 S7-1200/1500或罗克韦尔，具备程序调试能力。 持有低压电工证，有高压证优先。
- 能力素质
动手能力强，故障诊断思路清晰，能适应现场应急处理。 责任心强、主动担当，认同玛氏质量、安全、互助文化。 良好英文读写能力优先（看懂设备手册、系统界面）。
