2，较强的市场判断能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧；

4，熟悉当地主要消费品零售市场，良好的客户开发管理能力；
5，积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神，优秀的政策执行能力，良好的竞争意识，具备较强的抗压力；

1，管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据；
2，带领团队完成公司分配的销量目标；
3，负责管理经销商客户日常工作，经销商日常管理沟通；
4，带领团队成员完成分销/布市/陈列/价格/库存等，完成分销目标；优异执行公司布市、陈列，维护合理的公司产品价格体系；
5，负责与经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进；
6，定期对下属员工进行日常管理、培训、辅导、跟进；
7，团队人员凝聚，激励，营造良好的团队氛围，提升战斗力。
