Job Description:Job Purpose:

• To ensure effective sales execution in the assigned region by working closely with stores and overseeing the implementation of “Perfect Store” standard
• Klaipėda or Šiauliai regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned stores on a regular basis

• Monitor and improve sales performance (KPIs)

• Work with distributor sales teams (train, support, motivate)

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems

• Implement and maintain in-store equipment

• Prepare reports and propose action plans

Requirements:

• Higher (university) or college degree

• At least 2 years of sales experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently

• Lithuanian language required, English is an advantage

• Valid Category B driver’s license
