Job Description: Senior Application Lead Integrations | hybrid | Guararema

The Senior Application Lead Integrations role will support the Digital Core Program during the building, collaborating and acting as end-to-end solution design authority, ensuring that approved business requirements are translated into systems configuration, enhancement and integration, aligned with global template and SAP best practices and Standards.

This position requires a strong balance of process understanding, Solution Design leadership, technical integration knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and delivery accountability.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of comprehensive IT experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on integration architecture, API management, and middleware.

• Experience guiding development teams to maintain product and service design integrity, ensuring compliance with global standards and mandated processes.

• Experience with tools such as SAP BTP, Solace, Mule Soft, or similar.

• Strong understanding of how to map business processes to technology solutions.

• Ability to collaborate with Integration Development, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, application team, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to recommend solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP systems

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Collaborate with Integration Hub on the design of complex, scalable integration solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements.

• Change Management: Promote Fit to Standard and process harmonization

• Ensure MARS supportability requirements (Service introduction gates)

• Establish and enforce integration best practices, including guidelines for API design, error handling, and transaction management.

• Manage relationships with external integration vendors, ensuring that their solutions meet enterprise needs.
