Learning Business Partner (f/m/x)

The Learning Business Partner works closely with Supply, R&D and Commercial stakeholders to diagnose skills gaps, deliver skills insights, and act as their primary point of contact during the end-to-end process of analyzing, designing, deploying, and sustaining learning solutions.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- You will use quantitative and qualitative diagnosis methods to surface potential skill gaps impacting functional performance
- You will articulate current and ideal performance based on input from business stakeholders, learners, subject matter experts (SMEs), as well as external experts and thought leaders.
- You will assess barriers to ideal performance and specify learning needs and appropriate measures/KPIs in support of low complexity learning initiatives.
- You will contract resources, including budget, required for solution creation & deployment.
- You will represent business stakeholders during the end- to- end process of analysing, designing, deploying and sustaining learning solutions.
- You will build a strong working relationships within the Mars University organisation.
- You will champion the learning agenda and the Mars U vision.
- You will collaborate with other Learning Business Partners to seek opportunities for efficiencies.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about Learning & Development, with relevant skills and the ability to quickly learn and excel in this role.
- Has functional or technical experience partnering in the supported areas (ideally Supply, Commercial, or R&D).
- Has experience in developing and delivering learning programs, understands modern learning methodologies, and can measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Has experience conducting learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities (a strong asset).
- Understands business priorities and can align learning solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Communicates clearly and influences effectively at all levels, engaging diverse audiences across cultures and geographies.
- Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and acts as a trusted advisor.
- Uses data and insights to inform decisions and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Thrives in a global, collaborative environment, adapting learning solutions to different teams, markets, and ways of working.
- Is proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Speaks excellent English.
