📍 Vienna | 🕒 20h/week | 🌐 Hybrid (50/50) | 6+ months' contract | 1.316 € gross/month fix

Are you an ambitious student with exceptional academic achievements and substantial experience in Finance? Join our team at Mars and leverage your expertise to gain advanced, hands-on exposure that will propel your long-term career in Finance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Key Account Managers during budget reviews

  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and digital tools

  • Assist in cross-functional planning and decision-making processes (especially DMR)

  • Conduct variance analyses and performance tracking

  • Deliver insights through financial reporting and data analysis

What You Bring:

  • Studies in Finance, Business, Economics or similar

  • First practical experience in a finance-related environment(ideally in controlling or business partnering)

  • Strong skills in Excel and working with data

  • Fluent in English, German (min. B2)

  • Analytical, proactive, and self-driven

  • Detail-focused and comfortable with technical and routine tasks
