We’re on the lookout for energetic, can-do people to join our Production Crew as Operators. Whether you have manufacturing experience, similar hands-on work under your belt— we’ll teach you what you need to know!

As an Operator, you’ll be right in the middle of the action — working with machinery, keeping things running smoothly, and helping us deliver high-quality bird care products on time.

Every shift, you’ll play a part in our mission to make a real difference in caring for our feathered friends.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and keeping an eye on a range of equipment, from wrapping machines to conveyors.
• Checking product quality so every order meets our high standards.
• Learning to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Getting hands-on with tasks like box filling, flow wrapping, or bagging lines (training provided!).
• Always putting safety and quality first.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn — experience in a manufacturing environment great, but not essential – we’re open to all industries and working backgrounds.
• Openness to trying new tasks and building your skills.
• An eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
• Commitment to safety and working well with others.
