加入玛氏,您的主要职责将会是什么?

1、负责佛山三水、高明全渠道的销售与人员管理,带领团队完成公司分配的全年销量目标;

2、协助分销商或直接与客户完成年度合同的谈判,在费用预算内完成公司要求的分销、陈列及销量业绩,执行并达成公司要求的各项指标;

3、定期拜访区域内重点分销商客户和重点客户建立长期业务合作伙伴关系,系统提升经销商管理水平,工作流程优化 ;

4、优化当地零售商商业合同,推动合同高效执行,制定联合生意计划;

5、带领一线支持销售团队达成集体目标,给予团队实地辅导以提高绩效;

6、管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求,包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据“。
