国际酒店集采/海南省、广西、津冀、东北省

一、核心岗位职责（TO B 渠道）

1. 销售目标与策略：对接益海嘉里德立安（海南省、广西、津冀、东北省）年度销售计划、预算与策略，确保目标达成。对接国际豪华、高端酒店总部集采，并协助区域落地。

2. 客户开发与管理：开拓并维护重点客户及经销商，年度合同签署，跟进订单、物流、售后全流程。

3. 跨部门协作：联动市场、供应链、财务，定制特渠产品/活动方案，推动资源落地。

4. 市场与竞品：洞察特渠趋势、竞品动态，优化渠道策略，挖掘新增长点。

5. 合规与预算：严格执行公司合规（真店/真访/真订单），管控费用预算，提升投入产出。

二、任职要求

1. 学历经验：大专及以上，5-8年酒店、餐饮、航空、饮品、烘焙、全国连锁KA客户开发经验。

2. 能力：强销售谈判、数据分析、团队管理、跨部门推动；抗压、结果导向。

3. 资源：酒店、餐饮、饮品客户资源、经销商资源优先。

4. 其他：熟练Office，适应区域出差。

三、产品与渠道

产品：家乐氏、品客等。
TO B范围：酒店、餐饮、航空、饮品、烘焙、全国连锁KA客户（KFC、MC、TIMS等）等。
