About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Team Lead for Automotive Administration to oversee all administrative processes in our automotive logistics environment. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth order processing, maintain high-quality documentation, and act as a key contact for customers, OEMs, and logistics partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the automotive administration team
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy in all administrative processes
  • Handle order processing, documentation, and system updates
  • Communicate with customers, OEMs, and service providers
  • Improve processes and support the development of the automotive business
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, quality, and process management

What You Bring

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or similar qualification, or a logistics degree
  • A few years of experience in logistics/forwarding, including team leadership
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
  • Strong MS Office and general computer skills
  • Customer-focused, structured, responsible, and confident communicator
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
