You will be responsible for:

Drafting Safe Work Instructions to ensure operational safety.

Implementing company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, procedures, and manuals at the site.

Conducting training sessions for employees on safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Performing site inspections and safety audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.

Submitting inspection and audit reports to the central team regularly.

Conducting incident investigations and documenting findings.

Submitting monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports related to safety.

Implementing and supervising the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system at the site.

Supporting the site team in maintaining safety compliance across operations.

Delivering safety training sessions to enhance awareness and adherence.
