We are looking for a Customs Process administrator who owns all customs operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Turin.

Main job responsibilities

• Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes implementation,

• Collect data and create necessary reports,

• Manage Value Added Services operations, including Trucking, Customs House, Brokerage (CHB), Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance, on a daily basis,

• Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements,

• Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,

• Manage relevant import-export documents,

• Communicate with customs authorities.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus

• Good communications skills in English language,Italian language should be at native level

• Proactive and structured, with a focus on reaching set business goals

• Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
