Pricing and Systems Analyst - Landside Transportation

As a part of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to the success of our Landside Transportation department. We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing and Systems Analyst to join us. In this role, you'll assess the profitability of our landside transportation products, assist in pricing strategies, and develop and maintain our internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and intelligence to drive market-related pricing and profitability.
- Collaborate with product managers to set pricing strategy and direction.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize loss-giving shipments.
- Support commercial and delivery teams in managing cost vs. recovery.
- Develop and maintain Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and pricing systems.
- Define local value propositions and ensure compliance with tariff setting and performance management.
- Ensure accurate cost recovery and manage loss-giving shipments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of pricing strategies and systems, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on pricing systems and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance pricing effectiveness and efficiency.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Pricing knowledge and capabilities, preferably with a finance background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and finance systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to translate customer needs and business opportunities into solutions.
- Previous experience in logistics, pricing analysis, and proficiency in Excel.
