Vi söker en Customs Process Administrator till vårt frontoffice kontor i Svinesund.

På kontoret i Svinesund är du företagets ansikte utåt och som CPA kommer du att möta chaufförer och kunder av olika nationaliteter dagligen. Du kommer att säkerställa att de har rätt dokumentation för att de ska få en smidig gränspassering. Kontoret har öppet 24/7 och vi jobbar skift enligt gällande schema.

Eftersom du har direkt interaktion med klienterna är det viktig att du är en skicklig kommunikatör, är duktig på att hantera människor och har ett lösnings orienterat tänk.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Erfarenhet från branschen eller annan arbetslivserfarenhet samt avslutad gymnasieutbildning

  • Positiv inställning och förmåga att skapa goda kundrelationer

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

  • Hög servicekänsla och är lösningsorienterad

  • Lätt för att jobba i team, men också med god förmåga att jobba självständigt
