This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: onsite

Assists the service team and helps keep the administration organized – processing documents and entering data into the system.

Prepares sales quotations based on colleagues’ inputs and ensures all information is accurate.

Records technical interventions at customer sites in the system and prepares necessary documentation for invoicing.

Handles customer inquiries and manages administrative business cases.
-
Communicates with customers regarding orders and deadlines.

Helps maintain smooth department operations, ensuring everything runs systematically and without issues.
Qualifications for the Role
-
Experience in administration or process coordination (technical knowledge is not required).

Knowledge of Excel, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage.

Precision, diligence, and a systematic approach.

Patience and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
-
English at a level (B1) and Slovak – expert (C2)

Salary conditions: € 1600 gross + variable bonus. The stated amount represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The actual base salary will be adjusted based on your expertise, abilities, experience, and other individual characteristics.
