Purpose of the role
Responsible for documentation, system updates, reporting, and other tasks related to CFS operations, including document management, system maintenance, and report generation.
Key responsibilities:

Follow the plan to complete document and data processing tasks for inbound operations.

Follow the plan to complete document and data processing tasks for outbound operations.

Follow the plan to complete document and data processing tasks for inventory management.

Collect, file, and store documents for operational activities.

Generate reports from systems and address data issues in accordance with work instructions and SOPs.

Participate in new projects to establish and test operational processes as requested.

Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
-
Intermediate-level proficiency in English
-
Ability to work on-site, in shifts, and overtime
-
Team-oriented with a strong learning mindset

Commitment to safety

Strong sense of discipline
