Reefer Sales Executive – Cold Store Netherlands Are you a natural hunter with a strong network in the Dutch market and a passion for cold chain logistics? Join Maersk and take the lead in driving sales for our Cold Store Netherlands – a key import-oriented hub in Northern Europe.

About the Role

As a Reefer Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in Contract Logistics sales, connecting origin and destination to strengthen our cold store footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Convert Contract Logistics opportunities into Cold Store volume and revenue.
  • Hunter Mindset: Identify and pursue new business with importers/exporters in fresh produce and protein/fish sectors.
  • Market Development: Position our Cold Store as the European anchor for Latin American, Indian & South African cargo.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strategic accounts, develop tailored cold chain solutions, and manage pricing/contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote integrated logistics offerings (reefer trucking, customs brokerage, cold storage, airfreight).
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Product and Operations teams to design value-added services and ensure capacity alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Hunter: Experience in reefer sales or business development.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dutch market and strong industry network.
  • Cold Chain Specialist: Understanding of reefer customer needs, cold storage, and end-to-end cold chain logistics.
  • Commercial Drive: Customer-centric, consultative approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM (Salesforce), PowerBI, and logistics systems. Dutch language is a plus.
