Key responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to deliver talent solutions.

  • Provide market insights and talent landscape analysis to support strategic decisions.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding).

  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Independently handle hiring cases, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with processes.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives (university engagement, job fairs, certifications, etc.).

We are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of the Northeast Asia talent market.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese; or English and Korean.

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
