Purpose of the Role

This position aims to ensure that continuous process improvement within Crewing organization is prioritized and being actioned in a structured and efficient manner. Hence, it is expected that aspiring applicants must be knowledgeable in lean six sigma and other process improvement methodology.

In addition, Crewing is a global organization and is interacting with different stakeholders in the wider Fleet Management and Technology organization. As such, it is expected that aspiring applicants must have a strong command in the English language as it is expected that collaboration and communication from different teams across different locations will and must happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the Crewing organisation, embedding best practices and efficiency-focused mindsets

  • Map, review, and optimise end-to-end processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable seamless handovers across Crewing teams

  • Ensure process stability by monitoring adherence to agreed standards and identifying gaps or deviations for corrective action

  • Foster strong collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in processes and ways of working

  • Support business performance through process automation, and the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making

  • Analyse and interpret operational data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders

  • Identify, propose, and implement cost optimisation initiatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Crewing organisation

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in process improvement roles

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong process-driven mindset

  • Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply them to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders

  • Proficient in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation solutions to drive efficiency and data-led decision-making
