The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administration role, be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse

  • Experience in Inventory Admin

  • Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation.

  • Coordinating documentation for incoming freight

  • Monitoring and tracking incoming containers.

  • Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry

  • Proficient with Excel

  • Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential

Desired Skills:

  • Great communicator

  • Excellent organisation Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
