You'll be responsible for:

Employee Support:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.

  • Assisting People Partners with employee lifecycle processes.

  • Supporting the roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives, such as performance review cycles, employee surveys, and benefits enrolment.

  • Promoting the use of the HR Portal and supporting employees and managers in navigating self-service tools like Workday and other HR systems by providing guidance, training, and troubleshooting assistance for accessing HR policies, procedures, and resources.

  • Managing transactions in Workday and other HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data is maintained.

  • Collaborating with HR and business teams to drive key HR initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and engagement surveys.

  • Assisting in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring all employees are aware of and engaging in related programs.

  • Actively contributing to improving employee experience by gathering feedback and supporting improvements to HR processes and tools.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and support employee engagement activities aimed at boosting retention and engagement.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary training materials and resources.

  • Managing the offboarding process as per company policy and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.

  • Developing and maintaining induction materials for third-party staff.

Third-party Staff Related:

  • Collaborating with Operations to understand staffing needs and supporting business requirements.

  • Managing the recruitment process for third-party staff by coordinating with vendors, site administrators, DC managers, and the ER Lead.

  • Analyzing trends related to headcount, overtime, attrition, and absenteeism.

  • Developing contingency plans with Operations & ER Lead and vendors to ensure uninterrupted services during peak times, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Supporting the ER Lead with external stakeholder management.

  • Handling invoice escalations and coordinating with the finance department for payment resolutions.

Site Compliance & Audits:

  • Assisting the Employee Relations team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Regularly monitoring the site to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintaining accurate compliance and audit records.

  • Supporting ER Leads and DC Managers in implementing corrective actions for audit findings.

  • Updating site compliance policies and ensuring their effective implementation.

  • Training site staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

  • Collaborating with site managers and supervisors to integrate compliance into daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA HR/ Equivalent Postgraduate.

  • 5-6 years of experience in HR domain

  • Candidates from supply chain logistics and e-com industry would be preferred.
