What We Are Looking For

Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day.

  • 3+ years of experience in terminal operations, inventory management, asset maintenance, or heavy industrial environments; or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability within a unionized workforce, including effective labor‑management engagement and people‑centric coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; able to translate data into decisions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, receiving/issuing processes, and data integrity within complex maintenance environments.
