SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Ensure all transport vendors and drivers are following the Maersk Transport Safety Standards, SOP and work instruction at the relevant site.
Đảm bảo tất cả nhà thầu vận tải và tài xế tuân thủ Quy chuẩn An toàn Vận tải, Quy trình và Hướng dẫn làm việc của Maersk tại các địa điểm liên quan.

• Carry out the alcohol and drug testing as per process.
  Thực hiện kiểm tra nồng độ cồn và chất kích thích theo đúng quy trình.

• Carry out the Pre-brief and De-brief as per process.
  Thực hiện họp trước và sau ca làm việc theo đúng quy trình.

• Follow the site safety and access rules.
  Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn và ra/vào khu vực làm việc.

• Any exceptions are escalated to the Transport Operations Supervisor.
  Báo cáo mọi trường hợp ngoại lệ cho Giám sát vận hành vận tải.

OPERATION:

• Work in the customer warehouse: Maersk internal warehouses.
  Làm việc tại kho của khách hàng: kho nội bộ của Maersk.

• Allocate trucks and ensure trucks arrive on time and deliver in full and on time for customer.
  Phân bổ xe tải và đảm bảo xe đến đúng giờ và giao hàng đầy đủ, đúng thời hạn cho khách hàng.

• Have clear understanding of Objectives, KPI & SLA applicable to customers: beauty products, apparel products.
  Nắm rõ mục tiêu, KPI và SLA áp dụng cho các khách hàng: sản phẩm làm đẹp, hàng thời trang.

• To monitor and ensure good truck supply and performance of the 3rd party for all transport activities.
  Theo dõi và đảm bảo nguồn xe và hiệu suất của nhà thầu bên thứ ba trong toàn bộ hoạt động vận tải.

• To track status of all delivery to Distributors and DCs.
  Theo dõi trạng thái tất cả các chuyến giao hàng đến các nhà phân phối và trung tâm phân phối.

• Take immediate actions in case of arguments or complaints from vendors or customers.
  Xử lý ngay khi có tranh cãi hoặc khiếu nại từ nhà cung cấp hoặc khách hàng.

• To make reports assigned by the company and transport section.
  Thực hiện các báo cáo được giao bởi công ty và bộ phận vận tải.

• Update issues log when day to day issues occur and escalate to Transport Operations Supervisor.
  Cập nhật nhật ký sự cố khi có vấn đề phát sinh và báo cáo cho Giám sát vận hành vận tải.

• Ensure all transport vendors and drivers are following the correct process, work instruction and SOP at customer sites.
  Đảm bảo tất cả nhà cung cấp và tài xế tuân thủ đúng quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc và SOP tại địa điểm của khách hàng.

• To assist transport team to do other tasks requested.
  Hỗ trợ bộ phận vận tải thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu.

• Any exceptions are escalated to the Transport Operations Supervisor.
  Báo cáo mọi ngoại lệ cho Giám sát vận hành vận tải.

Hỗ trợ Bộ phận Vận hành các công việc:

• Follow up with warehouse on Inbound and Outbound process.
  Theo dõi với kho để theo dõi quá trình Nhập và Xuất hàng.

• Update documents, handle issues during operations and delivery.
  Cập nhật chứng từ, xử lý các vấn đề trong quá trình vận hành và giao hàng cho khách hàng.

• Prepare operational, volume, progress and incident reports.
  Thực hiện các báo cáo vận hành, sản lượng, tiến độ công việc và xử lý sự vụ.

• Handle incorrect goods/documents and coordinate with customers directly.
  Xử lý hàng hóa, chứng từ sai lệch, tương tác và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng.

• Monitor and resolve delivery issues.
  Theo dõi và xử lý các phát sinh cho các xe giao hàng.

• Receive and collect delivery documents.
  Tiếp nhận chứng từ giao hàng hoàn tất.

• Manage return and exchange goods.
  Quản lý và xử lý các hàng thu hồi, đổi trả.

• Report daily delivery results.
  Báo cáo kết quả giao hàng hằng ngày.

• Reconcile and confirm volume with warehouse data.
  Đối soát sản lượng và chốt sản lượng cùng Data kho.

• Photocopy and scan documents.
  Photo, scan tài liệu.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

• Work with Transport Operations Supervisor to analyse root causes of service failures and apply corrective measures.
  Làm việc cùng Giám sát vận hành để phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các sự cố và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục.

• Ensure timely product delivery and minimize losses or claims by coordinating with third parties and internal stakeholders.
  Đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời gian và giảm thiểu rủi ro tổn thất hoặc khiếu nại bằng cách phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và các bên liên quan nội bộ.

• Implement best practices by embedding business excellence processes.
  Áp dụng các phương pháp tối ưu bằng cách triển khai các quy trình chuẩn hóa trong vận hành.

• Contribute to a high-performance service culture within the department.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Operations.
  Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực vận hành.
