Marketing Performance Manager, Europe We are seeking a Marketing Performance Manager to strengthen EUR Marketing’s ability to make data‑driven decisions. In this role, you will leverage analytics to transform how marketing performance is measured, understood, and optimized—ensuring our activities deliver clear business impact. You will work across marketing and sales to provide actionable insights, improve processes, and guide decisions that enhance performance across the entire funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced marketing performance professional who excels at proactive collaboration, process optimization, and advanced data analysis. Key responsibilities include:

Identify performance bottlenecks across the funnel and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and outcomes, including KPI and scorecard tracking for the EUR region.

Develop a consistent reporting framework to deliver insights across key marketing channels (digital, customer comms, ABM, events), with strong focus on pipeline health and lead conversion metrics.

Interpret data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the marketing funnel, acting as a sparring partner for the Digital Marketing & Media Lead on channel mix decisions (e.g., LinkedIn, programmatic), with strong expertise in media performance and platforms like Google.

Monitor and analyze the marketing pipeline, tracking lead progression and driving clear, actionable follow-ups for the sales organization.

Measure the impact of A/B tests, segmentation analyses, and other performance optimization techniques, translating insights into improved marketing effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with marketing (regional and global) and sales teams to refine tactics and ensure alignment between marketing activities and commercial objectives.

Lead Management Process: Own and manage the full lifecycle of marketing leads in SFDC—from upload to conversion—including training and enablement for sales teams.

Serve as the go‑to expert on marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud), GA4, and Power BI.

Monitor and report on social media and event performance through ongoing analytics and structured reporting.
The ideal candidate brings:

5+ years of experience analyzing marketing performance across channels and tactics.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards and datasets and translate insights into actions.

Deep marketing knowledge, including digital and non-digital strategies, funnel dynamics, customer journeys, and lead generation processes.

Technical proficiency
, including: CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud)

Analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Power BI)

Strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities

Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into clear narratives that engage and influence stakeholders.

Proactive problem‑solving skills, identifying pipeline challenges and proposing data-driven solutions.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting.

Project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Collaborative mindset, working effectively with sales, marketing, product, and global teams to ensure cohesive performance management.
